1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 555sr platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). 555sr is a secure and reliable online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

In these terms and conditions, "we", "us" or "555sr" refers to the management of this platform. "You", "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the 555sr platform is ৳300. Deposits are generally processed instantly. Deposits can be made using the following methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify for this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period and conditions.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Only one bonus can be claimed per household or per device.
• 555sr reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players have the opportunity to join the 555sr VIP program. There are three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

There is an opportunity to move up to a higher VIP tier through active play.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only when a confirmation message is received from the system. The server record is the primary basis for any bet. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.

5.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules which can be found in the game interface. If any game-specific rule conflicts with the general platform rules, the platform rules will take precedence.

5.3 Technical Failures

If the internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs, 555sr will responsibly work to resolve the issue. Bet outcomes will be determined based on server logs.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as bonus arbitrage or placing artificial bets.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or game outcomes in any way.
• Fraudulent activity against other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (anyone under 21 years of age).

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 555sr's Rights

555sr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All existing bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.
